Meet the team: Amanda Stevens AIRPM

Amanda began her career as a senior travel consultant after achieving an Advanced GNVQ in Leisure and Tourism in 2001. A few years later she went on to work in facilities management and logistics, before joining Neil Douglas in 2010.

She is a student member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and hopes to complete her technical award by the end of 2011. She is also studying part-time with the Open University for a BSc in Physical Sciences.

Amanda is responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the residential developments in our block management portfolio. This includes carrying out regular property inspections, dealing with maintenance and administrative enquires from leaseholders and tenants, overseeing contractors, preparing service charge demands, paying invoices on behalf of our clients, arranging insurance, producing regular reports, and administering meetings.
