Meet the team: Sally Bowes BA MARLA

Senior Lettings Negotiator

Sally graduated with a BA in English and Archaeology from the University of Wales, Lampeter in 1996 before embarking on a 12 year career in television. She has worked in various roles including Assistant Producer and Director on many well known television programmes such as Property Ladder, Escape to the Country, How Clean is Your House and The Restaurant.

After having her daughter in 2009, she decided to turn her passion for property (which had developed over several years working on property programmes) into a new career. Since joining Neil Douglas she has grown the lettings portfolio by ten fold and achieved a Technical Award in Residential Lettings Management. In 2011 she became a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Sally’s main responsibilities include acquiring new landlords, conducting valuations, marketing properties, accompanying viewings, negotiating between landlords and prospective tenants, and overseeing the referencing of tenants. She works with other members of the team to ensure that we provide a high quality fully managed service to landlords and tenants and advises on the more technical aspects of residential lettings.
