When people start to have trouble selling their houses because other people' s panels are on them the wider implications will become apparent - or when people spend £10-15000 on panels and expect to be able to add this to the value of their house when they sell. It's not going to happen! The housing market is in a poor state as it is - this is going to cause extra problems. I believe it was a badly conceived plan to cover up for the fact that the previous government buried its head in the sand when it should have committed to building new power stations. Now we are left to pick up the pieces.
