| Holding fee | Equivalent of half a month’s rent |
| At the commencement of the tenancy, the holding fee may be used as payment towards the monies due at the move in. However, if at any stage following a verbal/ written offer of tenancy, you withdraw your application, the holding fee will be paid to the Landlord and/or Neil Douglas as compensation for losses incurred as a result of delay in re-marketing the property, or for costs incurred by Neil Douglas in connection with your tenancy. | |
