Tenants' Fees

Referencing	£135 first applicant £65 for each subsequent applicant £65 for each guarantor
Please note that these fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable
Holding fee	Equivalent of half a month’s rent
At the commencement of the tenancy, the holding fee may be used as payment towards the monies due at the move in. However, if at any stage following a verbal/ written offer of tenancy, you withdraw your application, the holding fee will be paid to the Landlord and/or Neil Douglas as compensation for losses incurred as a result of delay in re-marketing the property, or for costs incurred by Neil Douglas in connection with your tenancy.
Dilapidations deposit	For properties under £700 per month - Equivalent of one month’s rent For properties £700 per month or over - Equivalent of one and half month’s rent For all properties with permission for pets - An extra half month’s rent

Arranging cleaning/maintenance following check-out - 20% of overall cost
