We have been celebrating the recent exam success of Emma Collins and Rebecca Hodgson, both of whom are property managers at Neil Douglas. Emma and Rebecca have passed the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) Members Exam, which is designed and run by the Chartered Institute of Housing, a nationally recognised Awarding body for housing qualifications.
The exam is the highest of the IRPM qualifications and gives access to full membership of the Institute. It tests the legal, practical and technical knowledge of property managers and how it should be applied in the workplace.
Neil Douglas have long supported the professional development of our team through membership of the IRPM and by encouraging and supporting the taking of their exams at all levels. All our team take part in continuing professional develop activities throughout the year enabling us to be able to provide the most up to date advice and implement best practice. With the Government considering mandatory qualifications for all property agents, Neil Douglas is very well placed to thrive in an enhanced professional environment for the sector.
