How to sign into the portal for the first time

When your request has been processed by Neil Douglas, you will receive an email inviting you to the client portal on Resident Property Management Software.

Click on the link in the email invitation. Please use the email address you used to request the online account and choose your own password, which will require a capital letter and a number.

To access your account again in future, use the sign in section of this page, rather than the link in the invitation email, which is only for when you sign up.

Would you like to prefer to receive information by email instead of post? Find out how to opt for paperless.

As you are probably aware your landlord / management company are required to serve documents, including demands and notices, to you by use of the postal service.

To opt to receive these documents via email instead, we kindly request that you complete this consent form and return it to us in hard copy or as a scan attached to an email.

We are pleased to be able to offer an online account facility, which is being rolled out across our developments in the coming months. With an online account you be able to sign into our client portal, which is provided by Resident Property Software. On the portal you will be able to view your statement and access development specific information, such as service charge budgets and insurance details.
