On appointment, we will assign a dedicated property manager to be responsible for your development and act as your main point of contact. All our property managers are IRPM qualified and they will have the assistance of a departmental service charge account administrator.

For large and complex developments, one of our senior team will be there to provide additional hands-on support where needed.
Clients are often concerned about the handover process. We have many years’ experience of taking over developments from other agents and we know what information to ask for.
