Our Approach

Our history working with a broad range of properties, from new to listed buildings, small developments of ten to larger blocks and estates of almost 400, shows us not only every property is unique, but that every client is too. Over the years, we’ve carefully built our client portfolio and gained industry experience that is as broad as it is deep, equipping us with the tools to deliver highly dependable advice and a bespoke service that is flexible to a clients’ individual needs.

Working With Us

We understand that every client’s needs are individual, which is why we offer a complimentary consultation and free management audit so we can understand exactly what services will be required. After visiting your property, we will prepare a full proposal detailing all service points and costs to ensure that you’re delivered a service that’s right for you and your property. We’ll even present it to any stakeholders and decision makers on your behalf.

On appointment, we will assign a dedicated property manager to be responsible for your development and act as your main point of contact. All our property managers are IRPM qualified and they will have the assistance of a departmental service charge account administrator.

As our property managers work collaboratively with each other, our clients also benefit from the vast pool of knowledge and combined experience of the entire Neil Douglas team. For large and complex developments, one of our senior team will be there to provide additional hands-on support where needed.

Clients are often concerned about the handover process. We have many years’ experience of taking over developments from other agents and we know what information to ask for. We will work with the outgoing agent to ensure that all the pertinent information and company records are transferred smoothly, together with the service charge funds.
